I just put a new window motor in last Saturday. Every time it goes up or down it makes a click or pop sound. Just once, when it starts to go. Do I need to take the panel off.. again and oil up the regulator or something? Also, I just noticed that the passenger side window leaves a small open spot near the top-back of the window. Large enough to probably let rain in. Is there a rubber treater I can buy to reshape it? I don't have the money now to buy new weatherstripping. Thanks in advance.

Check the travel of the window with the door panel off. The clicking noise I would guess is the rivets being a little loose and moveing around. The window not seating corectly, take a look at the travel in the vertical track at the back of the door. They are known to go bad and cause that problem. I had to replace it on my 97.
