Anyone know exactly what the California emissions package consists of and how it might affect performance? I have a ‘93 3.4L Bird with CA emissions and have been trying to get a straight answer to this question for a long time. Been told that the car has everything from a “smog pump” to a different computer. Any help is appreciated.
