Just heard back from the dealership about it - fuel pump it is. Also, the battery failed under test, which is no big deal since it's been 7 years (of Canadian winters).

If I was a little more confident with this kind of thing I'd do the repair myself, but I can't afford any downtime to deal with it. Oh well, it's still cheaper than making payments on a new car...
