  • Another Locking Lug Nug Question

Can anyone tell me what the format for the locking lug nut ID is? My stupid card (and key) is missing but I found a sticker next to my RPO codes that just says ID# A195359 5. Could that be the one for the key? I called the last place I had tires done to find out what they did with the key, but of course they have no idea..."we gave it back to you".

I got the set of Amcor masters from my dealer, but none of them work which leads me to believe it must be a McGard lug.

I really don't want to bust it off but....
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: \"WOW!!!!, what a ride!\"

Re: Another Locking Lug Nug Question

if it's factory, I'd just bust it off. After a few months of owning my car, I just tossed all my locking lugs, because the shops would force the key on in the wrong position and ruin the lug. It got to where I couldn't get the key on/off without taking a hammer to it :(. Finally said screw it and went to Advance Auto; they have the non-locking for $2 each or something like that. Picked up 4 and haven't looked back :)
