When I put the fan on high, there is a loud hum and vibration from the passenger side. The fan does not seem to blow out as much air as it should.

Theres probably tons of crap clogging up your fan. Ive been meaning to clena out mine, but keep forgetting how to do it. I think in the glove, theres 4 screws, undo those and then you can see the fan and it needs to be cleaned. Im sure someone can give you better instructionss
