GMpartsdirect and mirror question

Hey all,

Some drunk girl broke the applique on my driver's side mirror, so now I have to buy a new one.

GMPartsdirect has it, but they don't clearly specify which applique is which, I'd link but it doesn't look like they let you direct link. Been waiting for an answer, but if I don't get it soon, I'm going to lose the whole thing to the highway. It's 98 firebird, door, mirror, applique.

Can anyone tell me, is driver's side left or right? (Can't believe I just asked that question, but they offer no direction on how they're judging which is which).

driver's side is left, passenger side is right when talking cars

i have no idea, i was assuming he was talking about the glass part on the mirror

Applique is the triangular piece where the side mirror bolts on to,I had one but return it back to Fran Auto parts.

Ebay has the mirrors for $40 shipped. Come in Black so will need painted unless someone is selling the color you need, a private seller.

i have the part your talking about... it would get to you faster than gmpartsdirect.com
if your talking about the metal bracket that the mirror attaches to atleast.

Try e-bay .."Modern day muscle" has those. I've ordered from them before and they were very good
