Re: A/C prob too frosty!
is it humid outside? high humidity will cause that. all in all, you can always make sno-cones on the go now... just add flavoring.MISC: 01 parts. Some interior, T top kit, seats etc.

Re: A/C prob too frosty!
I would agree with vr4gasm, you should check your refrigerent levels first. Ice build up is a classic symptom of low refrigerent. The components should be cold enough to form lots of condensation, but never cold enough to form ice. If that checks out, then next check to make sure there are no obstructions to the airflow over the evaporator coil. If that checks out then there is probably something wrong internally that you'll need to investigate.2002 Silver Firebird A4
T-Tops, Leather, Y87, W68, Chrome Wheels
Bone Stock

Re: A/C prob too frosty!
Mike, you can get a pressure gauge at Walmart or any auto parts store. Some of the cans of refrigerant come with a gauge already attached. You run the A/C and attach the gauge to the port that's on the accumulator (or whatever it's called... I forget) - It's the large cylindrical thing in your photos. Let us know what it shows.2002 Silver Firebird A4
T-Tops, Leather, Y87, W68, Chrome Wheels
Bone Stock
