First question: Do they make these for 99 and newer 3.8L v6's?
next question is would i have to do the programming myself or would i have to take it to someone, also how much gain do you get and what are these costing right about now? :D

There seems to be some confusion about what is available from HyperTech. I e-mailed HyperTech 3 weeks about asking about availabiluty of a Power Programmer for a 2001 3.8 V6 in an F-body. They wrote back saying it was not available.
You can find the same Power Programer in the Jeg's high performance catalog as part number 533-30009. Two weeks ago I ordered it from Jeg's. I was told it was on back-order and would be shipped in two to four weeks. We will see.
The only listing for a 3.8l V6 I can find is for a 2001. Don't know about other years.
I have used a PP3 on a 98 LS1 T/A. It is very simple and straight forward. There are some shops that will use your PP3. You can check with HyperTech for a listing of shops. However, I would recommend doing it yourself. All you have to do is follow the PP3 directions.
Good Luck!
