^ as always she is right. you have to take the A pillars off, then pry up on the edge of the dash pad, then the rear is held in by velcro it looks like, or it could just be me. but its tricky to get out and a little tricky to get back in. you have to bend it slightly so make sure its not cold outside.. lol
