  • What Is This?

It's below the driver's seat, and I don't have power seats. Is it just to connect power from the back of the car to the front?

Probably the wires for the switch inside the seatbelt buckle telling the light on the dash whether your seatbelt is on of off

            Seat belt sensor.

If you reverse the wires you can make it a "fat a$$ warning"
