  • how do i adjust the gauges

i did a few searches but turned up nothing

so i just start the car, get the numbers from a scanner, and move the needle to the right position?

or do i have to take the needle off and place it back on again??

You would have to pull the needles off and then put them back in the correct positions. There's a tool that is used for this, it looks like a little pry bar. You can probably pull them off by hand though, if you're careful.

Fork works pretty well for pulling them.

Yeah thats a good idea. I would suggest using some tape or something so the fork does not mar the surface of the gauge face.
