no prob man, you'll find the guys/gals here are very helpful (just make sure to research before you ask questions or it can get ugly haha)

i definitely am in favor of a grille---billet grilles are sweet and you can get them in black or polished aluminum depending on your color scheme.

i'm a lil biased on rims, so i say go vette replicas or go home....a lot of guys on here pull them off very well, and i love mine:

and here's my grille (polished aluminum billet) and other appearance goodies

                    Re: what works? need hp/tq!

thanks man, yes the plate is on a bracket---i hate that i have to have it period, it ruins the front of the car lol.

the headlights are the ccfl dual halo's from k2motor.com, i got them during a good sale for a lil over 200--and i have 8000k hid's in my lows and fogs (separate kit of course)

if you go with a grille like mine you can get the camaro lettering to fill in behind it in the indentations---very small detail but it's quite effective (you can see a few of the letters in this pic, in person it's very noticable):

                        Re: what works? need hp/tq!

search around for deals on the billet grilles since a lot of companies have them (i think i picked up mine for 130 or so shipped), and i got the lettering from rksport for like 30 or so i believe.

aside from the rims, i'd say that grille is the first thing to get compliments of all the things i've done to the 'maro, you'll be happy with one i'm sure. the pics dont show it well bc both of them were when it was about to storm, but the grille and lettering really shine in the sunlight like chrome.

how does the lettering attach? is it like some type of bolt on behing the grille.

no, much more simple than that, the lettering is just like the stainless inserts for the rear berger panel that apply permanently with 3M tape that comes on them.

all you have to do is literally peel the letters out of the package and stick them in the indentations in your front bumper behind the grille.

the grille is just held in with a few screws. took 5 mins tops.
