Need some help bad

Ok well I guess Ill post it here since I dont know whats actually wrong with my car so I cant put it in a specific folder. So heres my problem: Had trouble startin my car today which I blame on the extremely cold weather, car starts after a few tries. Ok Im ready to go. Back outta my spot and I throw it on drive and head out on my way. Then I notice my car makin a weird sound a weird vibration. Its kinda tough to explain but it was basically a stutterin kinda sound. Thats the best way I can describe it. My engine temp guage was really low so I figured that maybe it was just makin that sound because the engine was cold, but even as it rose to past 160 and up it continued to make this stuttering noise and make my car bump up and down a bit. Guages seemed ok till I looked at my RPMs. It seemed that once I got it past 2000 it started makin this sound and vibratin my car. Gave it some more gas and then I heard this weird click noise come from under the car. Havent the faintest clue what that could have been. Then I gave it more gas and checked the RPMs and it seemed to not want to go above 2500. 2500 it would REALLY start stutterin and shakin my car and then came that odd click noise. I guess thats about all I can tell you guys for now. I have basically no technical know-how and I know a lot of you guys do so Im hopin for a little help as to what this may be. Sorry bout the length of the post but I wanted to throw in every factor I could that seemed relevant. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sounds like it could be fuel line freeze up. Try some fuel additive that will absorb the moisture out of the fuel. Try to keep your tank above the 1/4 mark. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help. My tank is around half so that shouldnt be the problem but Ill see if I can get some of this additive stuff and see if it helps me.
