well just letting you know that i had one mixed coilpack on my car it solved the problem for a little bit but after about a month you will probably sh*t that missmatched coilpack thats what happened to me. so if i was you i would just get another coilpack that you have right now.

I ran with mixed coils on my car for some time just because I was waiting on the MSDs to come out and was sick of the ACCELs blowing. The car always ran fine with the different coils.

I had pretty much the same deal going on. The #1 coil pack (I think it was an OE) was giving out and the car would shake and miss like it was going to blow up! I took the butt of a screwdriver and tapped it and it would go away. Went to Autozone (my heroes...sigh) and bought a replacement. That worked out fine until about two weeks ago when the old symptoms returned. I must have another one biting the dust. I'm just gonna go ahead and change out the other two. I have also recently done a plug wire job on mine and it really caused the coil pack problem to manifest, bigtime. I'd go ahead and change the other two if for no other reason getting your car to sip that two buck a gallon gas a little more slowly. Blessings!
