    Hmmm interesting. I wonder if the bad wire would kill the coil and/or the ICM after awhile. How long has it been doing the misfiring thing? Did it do it before the PCM was replaced? If the wire was touching the header the whole time it would be a direct short, so maybe just a few miles of running it like that is what killed the ICM and coil. Definitely something to watch out for in the future!
