my guess would be something fuel related like fuel injectors, fuel filter, FPR, etc.

check the coolant and make sure its not losing coolant, a bad headgasket could be leaking fluid into the cylinders and causing a misfire

I just got over a misfire problem. Just make sure your wires aren't contacting anything hot.

If thats ok yah start fixing the fuel system starting with the cheapest... fuel filter, etc.

fuel system won't throw a random misfire code will it?

bad injectors could, but I think that could be a cylinder specific code.

did you double check the gap of the spark plugs before you installed them?

              I still suspect the injectors

At least check the fuel pressure and test the regulator. You will probably have to rig up the pressure tester so that you can view it while driving.
