Hey can anybody tell me wat the best way to get rid of carbon build up on the valves is besides running the piss out of it for a while???

Lots of places have it, Even my local gas stations carry it.

I guess you never heard of this little can of miracle juice called Trans X have you? Just kidding OP use Seafoam it is the best for carbon build up. Follow the instructions though.

For your carbon problem, Id probably seafoam the engine through the brake booster, and dump some in the fuel system.
