Can someone tell me where the PCV valve is located for a 3.8 engine on a 2000 bird? Is there a vacumn line that goes to it? I saw a picture that it was located on top of the intake and held down by two bolts but didn't see a vacumn line that connects to it. thanks for the advice!

The PCV valve is located under the litte black plate on top of the intake. On the passenger side. Just unbolt it, pule the old one out, keep the o ring and spring and remember which way you pulled it out and put the new one back in the same way. May wanna get a new gasket or gasket in a tube because I know mine fell apart when I pulled the plate off.Black 2000 Firebird w/ 3.42\'s, LSD, !maf, Whisper Lid, FTRA, K&N Filter. My Crappy Page

Yeah, as was said, the PCV valve is under the small black cover held on by 2 bolts on the top of the intake.
But, there is no vac. line going to it. There is one on the back of the intake, for the brake booster (I think)1997 Cayenne Red Metallic Camaro
3.8 V6 M5
SLP Cold Air Intake
Ceramic Coated Pacesetter Headers
Flowmaster American Thunder Catback
Full 3.42 & Disc Break Rear End Swap
