r they easy to snap out or can they even come out? i wanna paint them a blue color to give it some BAM inside the car

yep they come out, just pull on them gently and they'll snap off
the middle one will have connections if u have fog lights/sgs light so careful with that one.
the rest is easy just be gentle and they'll come off. -
