    Rich fuel mixture, clogged cat, faulty spark plug(s), bad coil pack(s), faulty ICM, bad spark plug wire(s).

    Pretty much something is not causing all the fuel to get burned in the chamber and the excess fuel is igniting in your exhaust piping.
