VATS is gone... Forever..!!
The Module (chip) arrived in the mail today. Simple to install. My VATS system will never trouble me again. At this point, nothing is needed, I removed the potentiometer, the starter relay is bypassed, and the VATS decoder is completely disconnected.
Now, when I turn the key it starts, everytime...
