    How often are these needed and how hard is it on a 3.8L?

    Don't quote me, but I don't think they need to be adjusted.
    1997 Chevrolet Camaro

      The stock 3.8 has non adjustable rocker arms.

        If your valves are leaking check valve guides and or valve job on the heads.
