O.K. just heard back from the shop today. 4 of my injectors are rusted out and one is leaking fuel. They say I need to replace all of them at $140 a pop and $300 in labor. My question is this. I thought that injectors were made of stainless steel or aluminum. How do they rust out? Also, how can I prevent this from happening again. this seriously puts a strain on my fun budget for the car.
