I beleive they are pressure tabs.. They have fins going down the bolt that once are pushed thru the hole lock it into place, you basically just use a screw driver and pry under them, unless you have a pry tool...
some have locking tabs on the top, you must pull the center tab out, and then pry the rest out.. Theyre pretty simple.*Matt

It depends, sometimes they pop right out sometimes they dont, i actually took some off yesterday, and i broke one, and the others came out free.. they are pretty cheap to replace, you can get a bag of 10 for .86 cents a peice at the dealership, or pick them up at autozone...*Matt

Also, i think they call them plastic retainers, or sustainers, something of that nature at the dealership cuz i called them pressure tabs and the lady thought i was nuts...*Matt
