is hp tuners just the program and a serial cable, or is it another piece of hardware?

hptuners is a program and a serial cable, not sure if they came out iwth a handheld unit yet, I think they will be eventually but you need a laptop to run it though.

FYI... jetchip, and hpp3, waste of money IMO

TSP tune is cool, but pain in the ***, and so close to the price of HP tuners itself jsut to get it.

I suggest, someone tries a $2 toggle switch first.

his question was, "what is the cheapest way to get rid of the limiter?" that's it, get rid of the limiter, he didn't say anything about tuning for performance.
