I need to redo my coolant system. It hits 210 in about 5 minutes, and performance suffers due to it. -

For an old car I can't complain.
The trick for me was the 160 degree thermostat. At highway speed it stays steady at or below 180, in heavy Miami traffic it will creep up to about 195-200 with the A/C on. Not too bad at all...Comment
