I have the V8 Magnaflow exhaust on my Camaro, and it seems that it doesn't sit right using the stock V6 hangers. I have heard that the V8 hangers are different, but would it cause my exhaust to hang incorrectly? And where could I find the V8 hangers? Junkyard I guess?

Re: V8 and V6 exhaust hangers different?
i have the same system and my driver-side tail pipe sticks out farther then the passenger-side. it's worth a shot to get the v8 hangers - all the mounting points under the car are the same, so it shouldn't be a problem. i got my v8 over-the-axle hanger from a dealer.

Summit sells over the axle hangers and end tail pipe hangers. Or a exhaust shop should have them. I just made my own. Since I have 2 gibson 3" trun downs on the drivers side.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake
