  • Intake pictures?

I'm looking for pictures of aftermarket CAI's on a 1998 Firebird V6. I have searched the forum but have come up with nothing. I'm sure that sure that there are some on here but I can't seem to find them.

    Thanks for your help,
    Chuck

        Re: Intake pictures?

Thank you for the replies. I just recently bought my '98 Firebird and I'm trying to find a CAI for it. It's kinda hard to find one to look at seeing as I have the crooked style throttle body. All the pictures that I have seen are with the straight throttle body. The links help a lot. Thanks again.

Those pics I sent you will work with a angled TB, check ebay for some ideas.

          and welcome to the site.

I just went to ace and bought some 3' pvc and routed my own, it cost me about 15$ compared to the $135+ you'll spend for an aftermarket and I think it works a lot better, I get way more airflow.

Would you happen to have a picture?

              Thanks

speaking of cai, would a slp v8 cai work on a v6? It looks the same, just needs that angled piece, anyone know where I can find or make that angled piece?

slp cai? is it a cone/filter one or the metal tray one that goes in front of the radiator?
