manifold loose?

when i start my car up cold, you can kind of hear a slight rattle, definently sounds like from the exhaust and definently sounds more toward the motor, I haven't looked into it that much but i wanted some opinions. I think the manifold might be loose. that's really my only guess...it's only happens on cold starts and at idle..if you rev it more than about 1,200 rpms it goes away.

check out your heat shields around the mani's and make sure they're not touching anything
