intake manifold break

so the idiot mechanic broke the bottom tb screw hole off of my intake manifold. is it possible for me to use quick steel on the manifold to get it to hold for a lil bit atleast to drive it home

im confused at what he broke off... and yea you can drive it. but you might have some coolant leaking and rough running.

If its broke off but tighten down , you should be O.K. , like Dave said just watch it for leaks, worse case you have to easy out the bolt and if that messes up since its ALM. you can get another TB and upper intake for pretty cheap , just have the mechanic that broke it ,pay for it. Alot of these guys think they can use air guns while installing the bolts back on ALM. intakes and TB's. I found out the hard way breaking off one of my fuel line hold down bolts in the lower intake.LOL
