if you have all the bolts out, it should lift out. sometimes the injectors become kinda stuck in there after being there for 100k miles, just double check you have all the bolts out and take a pry bar and pry slightly. just make sure you arent prying on any mating surfaces such as where the lower and upper intake meet.

Don't pry on the rail itself!!! Slightly pry up on each individual injector until that specific injectors o-ring pops loose from the lower intake manifold. Do this for each injector. After you've done this, the upper intake manifold, and the fuel rail will be free to pull out. You will have to pull them out simultaneously, not one at a time.
Okay now I got to the lower intake manifold.... Now how many bolts are in the lower intake so i'll know when I can lift it up.. And uhh I kinda forgot to drain the oil and the Coolant even though its leaking both anyway... Will that be a prob?
just drained the oil when you got it all put together. Not a big deal.
3.4's its ok to pry on the rail itself because its a massive block of alum. I always pryed between the upper intake manifold and the front of the rail. and it pops out.
The lower intake bolts are easier then the upper because of the room. All are on the outside. Just take your time and you wont have any issues.
I'm curious though as to are there any other bolts on the lower intake besides the 6 on it. It's kinda hard to tell between what bolts the heads and what bolts just the intake. Now when I pull off the intake is it possible for me to pull the push rods out of the car without any worries when I get ready to take them off or will they need some twisting and pulling?
You won't be able to take the push rods out until you take off the head bolts. I can't remember the exact number of bolts on the lower intake manifold, but I do remember that there is one on the back passenger side of it that is hard to see.
pushrods will slide out when you take the rocker arms off. BUT if you do take them off, absolutely make sure you put them back in the same order. Lifters and rocker arms as well. Gotta keep them as a pair.

Ru roh! Contradiction!
Hmm, got a dilemma here huh? haha. I didn't figure that with his skill level at the moment, it would be necessary to take things apart further than necessary. Meaning that he can leave everything intact on the heads, and just remove the heads themselves.
And yes, like Bandit says, make sure you keep track of the location of the push rods, just like you should be doing with everything else your removing from the engine.
So I have to unbolt the heads to get the push rods to release?... Is there anyway I can put on the lower manifold gasket without removing the push rods?
Not really, but what you should do is get a small 8" by 20" box or piece of card board. Label which way the front is, and stick the pushrods in the cardboard in the order that you removed them.
Heads do not have to come off, all you have to do is take the rocker arm nut off the time and slide it out. Be warned, I've always taken the head off without taking the pushrods off, so be wary.
Your going to have to take the head bolts out anyway. Your whole purpose in this is replacing the head gaskets right? You have to lay the lower intake manifold gaskets in place then put the push rods through it. So the push rods will have to be out in order to put the LIM gaskets in. Oh, and by the way, there's a space on the front and back of the LIM that there won't be any gasket where the LIM makes contact with the block. Make absolutely sure that you either get gasket that goes there, or permatex it in both places. If you don't to this, you'll leak oil like crazy from the back side of the LIM after you have the motor running again.
dont touch the rockers or heads until you have done a compression test to verify the problem is the heads/head gaskets... your leaking coolant problem could be all in the intake.

Oh wow! My bad. I was thinking he was still doing a head job on the car. Confusion from making several different threads about the same job, rather than updating on the original thread.
