throttle body spacer

Ok I'm sure its been asked and answered but I couldn't find it. I saw that an oversized throttle body is over kill but What about a spacer? Any pointers???

There is a reason the dealer made it so the coolant runs through th throttle body. save your money fo some better mods

Depends i got a spacer for my nitrous nozzle, would do you need a spacer for? or are you hoping for general performance?

Yeah just in general would it be beneficial Nos maybe in the future but for the mean time just slp intake was wondering if it would compliment it or not

I don't believe there are any proven numbers, but if it were an add. they would say throttle response and etc, sure there are better mods instead of the expensive spacer lol. but im not one to say this i havent tried my car with it on yet

throttle body spacers in these cars are pretty useless IMO

a carb spacer for a single plane intake will give a v8 at most 10hp at the flywheel.. i wouldnt expect anything near that for a tb spacer on a v6

i bought a helix power tower, biggest waste of money. said all this about 8hp at flywheel...nothin. if your gonna buy anything, get a fipk, and be done.

Or the FTRA and K&N filt, optional lid, free ram air mod, the list goes on!!
