  • Pacesetter Ceramic Coating.

    Hi,
I have a question about the durability of the ceramic coating on the pacesetter headers. I've been told that factory coatings aren't as good as aftermarket coatings. I was told to buy the painted headers and them have them coated at a local shop. Is there any truth to this? Can I call up on some of your experiences please?

    Thanks.

the factory coat should be fine. Mine still looks fine. Usually factory coat on anything is more durable.
