Just removed my egr system and need to know if there is anything I need to do electrically to prevent the code from being thrown all the time

Tune it out that's the only way you can have someone with hptuners delete it for you -

Put it back, and install an oil separator catch can on the PCV system instead.

I just installed a fitting iin the back of the TB and tuned the code out with Hptuners. Great mod. LOL08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake
