I need to get the passenger side head off to re-thread a sheared exhaust manifold bolt, so I'm taking off all the stuff from the top down, but I'm stuck at more or less the first hurdle. I have the fuel rail out and have removed 6 bolts from the intake plenum and it is still stuck fast. I have tried to lever it with a 2-foot bar and have hit it with a rubber mallet but it ain't going nowhere. I'm assuming there are only 6 bolts, I can't see any more, so barring that I may have missed a hidden one or two somewhere, can anyone give me a clue on how to shift it?
