Yes I am. I kind of addressed it in the making of the thread, but I understand that its not going to increase my value. My premise behind changing it, is that it rattles at high freeway speeds and drives me nuts. The cat back has like 186k on it and I am just going to change it so the whole exhaust can be done. I am going to drive it in the winter so I am going to address it because its annoying as hell.
Just make sure you don't have very high expectations on the sound you're going to get out of the catback. It's a V6 after all, it won't sound like a V8.

Yeah thats why its soo tough..... If it was a V8 I wouldn't even ask and I'd get a Full Kooks exhaust lol I wanted to leave it alone but the rattle is too much for me lol
