Flowmaster 1 chamber

Has anyone seen or heard this on our cars? It isn't designed to exactly fit our cars but you can work it out. I believe it is the least restrictive that they offer. My only concern is the raspy sound? I don't want it to sound ricey.

My friend has one on his 4.3 s-10 and it sounds awesome. I'm not sure about our engines though.

An opened milk jug would sound good on a 4.3... [img]smile.gif[/img] I can't imagine a 1 chamber sounding very good. Just ricey, that's my bet. But you could try it just to see, I wouldn't.

Thanks for the opinions. God I hate that Rice burner sound! I think I'm just gonna go with Flow's cat back. Hopefully it will give it a good sound. Does anyone have stats on the gains I might see?

Haven't heard anything about the American Thunder gains but I've mainly heard good things about it as far as the sound goes.

The 98+ year comes with the resonator. It cancels out certain sounds but might hurt performance some (could be wrong). But it doesn't comewith the 93 anyway.
