Can you tell just by looking at the O2s that they need replacement?

    Where are they located?

Do i need a special tood to take them off or to put them back in?

    1) Usually, your SES Light will come on, and when you have it scanned, it'll tell you what sensor needs replacing. Other than that, you can pull them and check the voltage they should be giving out using a Ohm Meter Guage going by the specs in the service manual.
    2) If you have a 95-97 3.8 engine, you have 4 O2 Sensors. I'm not too sure of the other years.
    3) Yes, you need to go to your local parts store and get an oxygen sensor socket. It makes it much easier then trying to use a wrench.
