I need new exhaust

Well fella's, the time has come. I put on rksport exhaust on my 97 firebird about 3 years ago and the muffler is rusted out so I kind of want to put on a whole new exhaust system with 3" pipe. I know a local shop that does kick *** work so they will do the pipes, so i just need a muffler and cat, maybe headers too. What kind of muffler do you guys recommend( I still want dual dual tips out the back like now). And what kind of hi-flow cat should i go with. Where is the cheapest place to get this stuff at. Thanks fellas
