I get this code says low voltage from O2. Does this mean I am running rich? Lean? Or O2 sensors are bad?

well if its a low voltage then that would mean you are running rich. I would think its just a bad O2. Try replacing them. hope everything works out for ya. I've been getting that code forever. Here's the thing though, I'm using an O2 sim, it should send a constant signal that everything is running fine. I even had it replaced right when I first had the problem so it's not the O2 sim. I've cleaned the connection and now some times I'll get a high voltage reading. Nobody anywhere seems to have a clue what to do about this. Actually now that I think about it, maybe a GM mechanic I know here might know. I've just gotten used to either going up to autozone or clearing the code out myself about once every two weeks or so.1997 Nassau Blue Vette<br />1989 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 (lifted with 31\" tires)<br />2000 V6 Camaro, loud, cammed 210rwhp *SOLD*

Don't sims throw an alternating voltage right around the proper operating point, alternating from just rich to just lean, rather than a constant voltage? I thought they needed that change in order for the PCM to not throw some sort of code, like it knows that a truly constant signal is a malfunctioning O2 sensor or something.

Not a clue really, probably so though. I'm going to make anouther attempt at making my own one of these days when I feel like crawling under the car again. This time I'm just going to cut down the voltage going through instead of messing with the capasitor. I'm just going to let the actually reading fluctuate rather than making it fluctuate with a capacitor.1997 Nassau Blue Vette<br />1989 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 (lifted with 31\" tires)<br />2000 V6 Camaro, loud, cammed 210rwhp *SOLD*
