Guess you could try to find one of the "Big Dee" spacers that someone wants to get rid of. I'm pretty sure it's too late to get one from him.

Or make one yourself. There are instructions floating around somewhere, I had a link but the site doesn't exist anymore.

I just want to warn you about this. Give it a good thought or 2 before you do it. I created nightmares just taking off my TB to clean it and not being able to find a gasket and making my own. I ended up getting water sucked in my engine and changing the sparkplugs. Which left my car unusable for a week until i got the gasket in. If you do decide to make a TB spacer. Don't forget to use permatex!!! like i did. I also killed my EGR in some of the problems of taking off my TB, i might possibly need a new EGR and I clogged my cat even more. IMO a spacer isn't even worth it at all. You will save just a few degrees. But it's up to you, i just want to warn you so you don't go through hell. And to save yourself trouble if you do take of the TB leave the accelerator cable and TPS in. If you take off the accelerator cable connection off the side. The thing with the springs and all, it's pretty hard to get it back on. Anyway good luck, and if you do do it. Tell me how it goes!!!

Do it yourself, its not hard to do, only hard to find some material, and the gaskets only cost $4 each from GM
