  • Taking off my Cat

Have anyone ever taken off their cat? Do they sell a pipe that I can replace the cat with or do I have to cut my own? How hard is a project like this? Is there anyway I could put like half the shell back on so it looks like there is still one on? you know just in case the po take a look?

There was something about this on projectvirus.com, under the section "almost a cat." All you do it take off the cat, and take a crow bar and beat all the stuff in the inside of it out(gutting the cat),then take a pipe and stick it through the empty cat and weld it back on. This way, you are running straight pipes but it looks like you have a cat. It's not legal, so be careful if doing this.

I just took out my cat and put a muffler in in it's place and took out the stock muffler in the back. Mine was a project and a half but it woudl have been easier with a welder instead of clamps
