  • SLP CAI vs. K&N FIPK

Im planning on getting one or the other. I was just wondering which one is better. I like how the SLP has two filters. If you guys have them how are they and which do you think is better.

well the FIPK is better than the SLP CAI,.. but there is alot you can do to upgrage the CAI,... its compatible with a whisper lid, K&N, etc. to make it better than the FIPK.

Ummm...How exactly do you upgrade the SLP Cold Air Intake with a Whisper Lid?

In regards to the original question of which is better FIPK or SLP you might try doing a search on this board there's been tons of posts debating which is better.

I vote for SLP, I think they both perform equally well but the SLP just looks better under the hood with those two shiny black pipes compared to the K&N plastic tube.
Just my opinion. Good luck with whichever you choose.
