Hey i was wondering if anyone had a walk through on removal of the upper intake manifold. I took my tb off to port it and it was totally nasty. From what i could see in the manifold, it was nasty too. I just need to figure out how to get this thing off so i can clean it before i go to the track. I think i will probably drop my times quite a bit. Ive got 125K miles and the lids never been popped on the engine...

Anyways, i just want to know what im doing before i do it, you know?

you wont see any gains, well not enough to justify the work, unless you consider .01-.03 enough....
