you answered your own question.
but, to expand on it, i'll say a few: firstly, there is an over-axle pipe as well as those others, and that's pretty self-explanatory where it goes.
i-pipe is the intermediate pipe, connects the over-axle to the s-pipe (essentially over-axle is part of the i-pipe), and the cat is connected to the y-pipe and s-pipe. and the y-pipe connects to both manifolds from the cat. and obviously, the over-axle is connected to the muffler and the muffler to the tips...

Like Only4u said, you answered your own question except for the Y pipe. The Y pipe connects your manifold to your cat. The S and I pipe is all one piece which is the exhaust pipe. The S pipe is the bend right after your cat. However, the S pipe is a made up name. Most catbacks doesn't have the S bend. It usually stops right before the S bend on your exhaust. That's why alot of people(like myself)buys seperate pipes to form to S bend.99 Camaro Z28 A4
R.I.P. 00 Firebird 3.8
14.89 @ 90, 2.03 60\'

If you get an aftermarket cat, you can get a 3" outlet on your cat. You will also need a 3" s-pipe (or two 45 degree pieces if you do this.
You can get an adapter to tie a 3" catback to the factory 2 1/4" s-pipe, if you don't want to replace all that stuff.
A lot of people replace just the i-pipe.
However, some people say the most restrictive part if the factory s-pipe...
