I am assuming the codes are P0141, P0143, and P0147. The ones you listed don't exist, and these 3 make sense.
2 of these 3 are caused by the oxygen sensor after the catalytic converter. When you removed the catalytic converter, what did you do with the oxygen sensor that was place right after it? I sounds like you need to get an oxygen sensor simulator.
P0141 is caused by the oxygen sensor just before the catalytic converter. This one needs to be installed in the exhaust. Either it's been damaged, removed, or it's broken.
Your car will drive fine with these codes. Nothing bad will happen, besides seeing an annoying light until you can get it fixed.Matt
