You'll get raped. Its not to hard. I'd say around $150 or more.2001 V6 Camaro - VTEC Badged, Abbott Racing Heads Sticker, and Loud A$$ Exhaust

BUILT NOT BOUGHT

14.0 @ 96.44 MPH (Street Tires, Before Tranny)

http://members.cardomain.com/6pakcamaro54

I was quoted $300 to install headers assuming everything went smoothly and did not require drilling/tapping heads.1994 Firebird 3.4
15.65 @ 86.8
funkz.net/firebird
Timeslips

Just grab someone you know that's knowledgeable and is willing to hang out while you install them. They don't have to do any work, just assist you in where to jack up the car and what not.K&N CAI, Magnaflow High Flow Cat, Flowmaster American Thunder 2.5\" Cat-back exhaust w/ 40 series Muffler (single piped exit), Pacesetter Midlength Headers, TB Bypass.

Vid of my 3.4 - http://media.putfile.com/Headers49

chet, do a quicl search and you'll see tons about leaks. Lots block off egr if it leaks or get new gaskets. About 200-350 for install at most places.
I know the manager at midas (he does good work i swear) and he would do me up for 150 or so, but i dont need them.97 RS
Member Status: F-Body Owner
Member Number: 7705
Registered: September 13, 2005
Posts: 24
Email Address: hfoxx123@yahoo.com
Location: Minnesota
Occupation: Database Administration
Homepage: http://none
Car: uh a camaro

I'm thinking about doing about 75-85% of the work myself, then having it towed to a shop where I'm getting the rest of the work done (cutting exhaust holes for the headers, etc). But only if it costs less than taking it somewhere and having them do it.K&N CAI, Magnaflow High Flow Cat, Flowmaster American Thunder 2.5\" Cat-back exhaust w/ 40 series Muffler (single piped exit), Pacesetter Midlength Headers, TB Bypass.

Vid of my 3.4 - http://media.putfile.com/Headers49

i checked in our labor book at our shop it was somewhere around 1.5 hours per side. so depending on the labor our shop is 55 an hour your looking at about 150-170.
To do it yourself may take a while...since our motors are so tight. its tough getting at everything without a lift.95 black 3.8 camaro, Intake, Pacesetters, Flowmaster 80 series, accel plugs and wires, B&M shift kit (eh could be better), hopefully a highflow cat soon. and a bunch of appearance mods.

All depends on where you go, who does it, and how smart they are. All i can tell you is that it is a real pain, and i wouldnt be surprised if a shop jacks up the price by telling you things went wrong, so they can extend the labor hours....My advice is take it to someone you trust.Black 1996 3.8 Firebird T5, SLP CAI, Pacesetter Ceramic Headers,160* t-stat, PCMforLess Tune, Flowmaster American Thunder catback, Car Sounds Cat, custom s-pipe, MSD coils and wires, NGK plugs, 3.42 posi rear, B&M Ripper, 245/50 BFG-G-force's
