umm I remember when these first came out, I thought they had 1 price for the headers and y pipe and shipping, advertised price was basically the whole thing shipped to your door. And if I remember right that was pretty close to the price. Sounds like they just broke it down. Though I could be remember wrong I guess.

They used to offer the headers without y-pipe so you could get your own made. However, I don't think many people went for that option. I got mine a loooong time ago with everything, and it was pretty close to $700. So the price hasn't really changed all that much. However, the gaskets he sent out when he first started making them were nowhere as good as the ones now sound.
On the Clear image site, they claim to be having them back in stock in about two months. I really hope so- I just so happen to have $1000 for the car, and would love a set of them
