air silencer again

hey camaro 3.8L, thank for responding, I think I didn't explain correctly, they removed the air silencer and stuck a pvc coupling in there. these photos were on this site and they called it a homemade cai. do you think there would be problem with a real cold air kit drawing in snow or slush etc.? this car will sometimes be driven in the winter. does the cold air induction kit make the car run hotter? thank for your help

also, keep posts to one topic, don't make multiple topics on the same subject

if you do the free ram air & remove silencer, you don't need to worry about snow or sluch or rain, and cai will not make the car run hotter (it can if you put in a duct that will partially block off the radiator)

but before you ask anything else, do a search, it has been covered before
