can you use a maf t if you have stage 2 jetchip? or woud that mess up the programming or could you send it it to get it reprogrammed to work with it?

The main thing that the maft will let you do, is tweak the a/f ratio at wot. (as opposed to a maft+ that also lets you play with the spark timing.)

I know the jetchip already alters the timing. Not sure if it is altering the target a/f ratio too or not...

If it is already altering the a/f ratio, then the maft might be redundant. (unless you have other significant mods that will throw the a/f ratio off).

But if the jet chip doesn't alter a/f, then doing this via the maft is another good tweak you can get for a little extra hp, above and beyond the jet chip.

As far as reprogramming, to use a maft, I don't think you would need this. The maft comes with a dial you can set to various rich or lean values as needed. So the maft will do something completely different depending on where you set the dial, and if you ever change the setting.
